To further strengthen the core technical reserve of tire raw materials and enhance the capability in rubber material application and quality control, our company recently invited SKF (Svenska Kullagerfabriken AB), a world-renowned technical service provider, to conduct a specialized rubber technology training. All backbones from the company's  supply chain-related teams participated in the training, consolidating the professional foundation for rubber raw material supply through systematic learning.

As a benchmark enterprise in the rubber technology field, the SKF training team focused on four core modules—key properties of rubber materials, formula optimization, processing technology control, and performance testing standards—combining application scenarios in the tire industry for in-depth teaching. During the training, the lecturers elaborated on compatibility requirements of rubber materials in tire production, key points of vulcanization process optimization, aging resistance enhancement technology, and raw material adaptation schemes for different tire types (passenger car tires, commercial vehicle tires, etc.) through a combination of theoretical explanation, case analysis, and practical demonstration.

In the interactive discussion session, participants focused on issues such as rubber material stability and batch consistency encountered in actual supply scenarios, conducting one-on-one exchanges with SKF lecturers. Based on their rich industry experience, the lecturers provided targeted technical solutions and shared rubber material application cases of leading tire enterprises, offering valuable references for our company to optimize the raw material supply system.

This training not only helped the participating team systematically sort out the core technical points of rubber materials but also strengthened the technical service awareness of "customer demand-oriented". In the future, our company will transform the knowledge gained from the training into practical production capacity, further optimize the formula R&D, production control, and quality inspection processes of rubber-based raw materials, and provide downstream tire enterprises with more technologically advanced and application-oriented raw material supporting services, continuously consolidating the core supplier cooperation value.
