Recently, the factory audit team of Triangle Tire Co., Ltd. visited our production base to conduct an on-site audit of the tire raw material supply system. The heads of our production management, quality control, and supply chain management departments accompanied the team throughout the audit process.

During the audit, the Triangle Tire team inspected our raw material warehouse, production and processing workshop, and quality inspection laboratory. They focused on verifying core documents including incoming inspection records of tire raw materials (such as rubber additives and reinforcing fillers), production process control documents, and batch stability test reports. They also conducted on-site verification of links such as equipment compliance and standardized warehouse management.

In the communication session, the audit team raised detailed inquiries about raw material quality consistency, supply guarantee capability, and compliance qualifications. Our team responded professionally to each question, and presented supply cases and quality traceability systems serving leading tire enterprises in recent years.

This audit is a regular qualification review of core raw material suppliers by Triangle Tire. The on-site audit session has been successfully completed. The audit team gave preliminary recognition to our quality management system and batch stability control capabilities; follow-up, they will further advance the supply cooperation connection based on the review results of written materials.
