Recently, the audit team from Linglong Tire visited our company to conduct the annual on-site supplier audit. Leaders from our production management, quality control, supply chain management and other relevant departments accompanied the team throughout the entire process.

During the audit, the team sequentially inspected our raw material warehouse, production and processing workshop, and quality inspection laboratory. They focused on conducting a detailed review of key aspects including the incoming inspection process of tire raw materials, standardized control of production links, and product quality testing records. Meanwhile, they also inspected the daily operation and maintenance status of production equipment and the actual implementation effect of the raw material batch traceability system on-site.

In the communication session, the audit team raised inquiries regarding the stability of raw material supply and the regular operation of the quality management system. Our team responded clearly to each audit point by presenting corresponding management documents, supply records in recent years, and batch quality inspection reports one by one.

The on-site audit session has been successfully concluded. The audit team stated that our current quality management system and supply guarantee capabilities fully meet Linglong Tire's core supplier cooperation standards, and affirmed the stable supply cooperation between the two parties in the past.

Going forward, we will continue to strictly implement various quality and supply control requirements, ensure the stable quality and timely delivery of tire raw materials, and further maintain the good cooperative relationship with Linglong Tire.
